Electronic scale load sensors are very important for electronic scales, so pay attention when wiring. Now Yantai electronic scale editor will explain the wiring method of electronic scale load sensors.
There are two types of wire outlets for electronic scale load cells: 4-wire and 6-wire. There are two types of wiring for the module or weighing transmitter: 4-wire and 6-wire. To connect 4-wire or 6-wire depends on your hardware requirements. What's the principle is: the sensor can be connected to the 6-wire but not the 4-wire, and the 4-wire must be short-circuited.
General load cells are six-wire systems. When connected to a four-wire system, the power lines (EXC-, EXC +) and the feedback lines (SEN-, SEN +) are shorted respectively. SEN + and SEN- are used to compensate the line resistance. SEN + and EXC + are pathways, and SEN- and EXC- are pathways. Electronic balance.
EXC + and EXC- are used to power the load cell, but due to the line loss between the load cell and the sensor, the voltage received by the sensor will actually be less than the supply voltage. Each load cell has a characteristic of mV / V, and the mV signal it outputs is closely related to the received voltage. SENS + and SENS- are actually a high-impedance circuit in the load cell, which can actually weigh the module. The received voltage is fed back to the weighing module. Assume that EXC + and EXC- are 10V, line loss, and the sensor is 2mV / V. In fact, the output signal of the sensor is () * 2 = 19mV, not 20mV. At this time, the load cell will use 19mV as the range, provided that the sensor must feed back the actual voltage to the weighing module through a feedback loop. Short-circuit EXC + and SENS + on the load cell, and short-circuit EXC- and SENS- on the load cell. It is limited to the case where the sensor is close to the weighing module and the voltage loss is very small, otherwise there is an error in the measurement.
