Preparations before counting electronic scales
1. Please place the electronic scale on a stable, flat table. Do not place it on a shaking or vibrating table. Use 4 adjusting feet to keep the counting electronic scale stable. Note that the air bubbles in the level should be in the center of the circle.
2. Avoid using the counting electronic scale in places with excessive temperature changes or severe air movement, such as direct sunlight or air outlets of air conditioners.
3. Please use independent power sockets to avoid interference from other electrical appliances.
4. When turning on the power, do not place anything on the weighing pan.
5. Before using the counting electronic scale, please warm up for 15-20 minutes.

Counting electronic balance
The operation method of counting electronic scale is as follows:
1 Preheating the counting electronic scale for 10 minutes (in order to make the electronic components of the counting electronic scale circuit system reach thermal stability),
2 Single-sampling: Manually count 100 components with the same single weight (the greater the number, the better, note: you must not count wrong !!!), and then place the number of components in the center of the weighing pan, Use the numeric keys to enter the quantity value (such as 100), and then press the "Single weight setting" key. At this time, the single weight window of the counting electronic scale displays the single weight value of this batch of components. The single weight value displayed at this time is very important. Because it is the average of these 100 components, it is a reference value for the number of calculations later.
3 Single weight storage: Hold down the “Single weight setting” key for about 2 seconds and enter any number key from 0-9. At this time, the single weight value has been stored in the electronic scale (the data will not be lost due to normal shutdown). This allows counting and weighing.
4 Single resetting point: It can be called at any time when restarting each time (press the corresponding number key, and then double-click the “Single Set” key to adjust the stored single-tap data), and it can be counted and weighed at any time.
5 Normal counting: Randomly take out an unknown number of similar components to prevent it from weighing on the weighing pan. The counting electronic scale quickly displays the calculation result, and then manually verifies the accuracy of the displayed result. The verification result is 100% correct and the error is 0.
